The Grounded status is set by the system and cannot be changed by any user. 

2 fields affect whether a fleet gets set to Grounded.

• Grounding Miles - When the odometer is greater than the grounding miles then the fleet is set to Grounded
• Grounding Date - When the Grounding Date has passed
