Creating a Stop Sale

Follow the steps below to create and configure a Stop Sale.

Access Stop Sale

Navigate to Rate Management.

Select Stop Sale.

Click the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner to create a new Stop Sale.

Stop Sale Settings

Once on the Stop Sale configuration screen, you will see several options:

Pickup Only (Top Right Checkbox)

When enabled: Customers may still drop off rentals during the Stop Sale.

When disabled: Customers may neither pick up nor drop off rentals during the Stop Sale.

Description

Enter a name or description to identify the Stop Sale.

Locations

Select one or more specific locations, or choose All Locations.

Rate Groups

Choose the rate groups that the Stop Sale should apply to.

Date & Time

Define the start and end dates and times for when the Stop Sale is active.

Car Classes

Under Car Classes, you will see all active car classes.

Select the car classes you want to stop sale.

Use the arrows to move them to Blocked:

Single arrow: Moves only selected car classes.

Double arrow: Moves all car classes.

Booking Networks (Optional)

Select the networks you want to block or unblock.

Use the arrows to move them between available and blocked lists.

Save

Click Save in the bottom-right corner to apply the Stop Sale.
