How to create promotion codes

  1. Under the Rate Management tab, select promotions
  2. Add a promotion by selecting the + in the top right
  3. Fill in the required boxes
    2. Put in the promo code exactly how you want your customers to use it
    3. Select the discount amount, we support a fixed amount (15 dollars off per day), and a percent-based discount (5% off)
    4. Select the dates that the promotion runs between under booking start date and the pickup start date
      1. For example, set the booking start date earlier if you want someone to be able to use the code for a future reservation
    5. Select which locations the promotion applies to 
    6. Select which car classes the promotion applies to
  4. Select which booking sources the poromotion applies to
  5. Press save in the bottom right
