Select any desired coverages or upload the renter's insurance information if you have not already. Then click next.

Select the vehicle you wish to assign to this contract.

Create New Payment

Click the "plus" icon to proceed to the payment step.

Take Payment

Take payment from the customer through your preferred method. This can be done manually, through an on-counter card reader, via a payment link sent to the customer via email or QR code, or by using the renter's card on file from a previous rental. All card information is tokenized for security and ease of use in future rentals by the customer.

Finalize the Contract

Rentanium breaks the rental into multiple contracts at set intervals, creating a unique contract for the customer to sign. This is what distinguishes a long-term rental from a standard rental. The renter receives an email containing a link to all contracts for the entire duration of the rental.

The customer will then open the email sent from Rentanium.

The customer signs one contract, and the system automatically populates the remaining contracts using the signature on file. To start, the renter must click "Sign Here" to sign the rental contracts.

The renter is then presented with our online signing platform. We support initials, check boxes, and full signatures. Contracts are fully customizable to your business requirements.

Once they have properly filled out the contract, the renter must click "Submit" to finalize the signed rental contract.

The renter must then click "Yes" to confirm the contract submission to complete the long-term rental process.

You have successfully created and finalized a long-term rental contract in Rentanium. While similar to the standard rental process, long-term rentals require additional contracts to cover the extended rental period.
